You must not get caught up with your thoughts, pushed around by them, controlled by them.

Take a breath, relax, that was just a bad day, not bad life. You sleep now
My stepfather is going to be cremated today...he's English and loved and admired everything Native American...so that's why I'm here....Native American music makes me feel closer to him.
When I was a baby my mom would play this kind of music for me and I couldn't go to sleep without it. One night the power went out for a few minutes and the phone that played the music wouldn't turn on so my mom went back to bed. I started crying after a while and my brother, being seven at the time, stayed up all night pouring water between two cups for me so I would be able to sleep.
Brings back memories of rocking my daughter to sleep during those 2AM wakeups. Time flies.
